Interested in Scouting?

If you would like to hike through the woods, hang out around a campfire you helped start, sleep in a tent you pitched, eat food you cooked, and do it all with your friends, then you might be interested in scouting. In addition, Scouting develops character, citizenship, and personal fitness.

Troop 628 meets on Thursday nights at 7:00 pm in the Schoolhouse building of the United Methodist Church in New Market, Maryland. For more information, Contact Us.

Once you are ready to join in on the fun, contact our ScoutMaster Chris Csajko at ccsajko@gmail.com, then follow these simple steps:

1. Complete the BSA Youth Application.

2. Complete required medical forms.

3. Purchase your uniforms.

   1. Purchase a scout handbook.

   2. Come and have a great time
